El CARNET por PUNTOS cumple 20 AÑOS con un DESCENSO del 73% de las MUERTES en CARRETERA | RTVE

Hoy cumple 👉20 años el 👉carnet por puntos. Una revolución silenciosa de la seguridad vial. Así lo califica el director general de Tráfico, 👉Pere Navarro, al hacer balance del sistema que se implantó hace dos décadas.

Aprendimos que los siniestros son evitables y que la responsabilidad del comportamiento en carretera recae en cada conductor. Hoy👉 las muertes en carretera han descendido un 73%.
