Spotlight on crowd management with retired Judge Bernard Ngoepe

The weekend Soweto Derby highlighted a number of challenges, including crowd management.

The match between Chiefs and Pirates attracted over just 90,000 fans with kick-off to the match being delayed twice.

Concerns have since been raised about whether mistakes of the past, which occurred at the April 2001 Ellis Park Soccer disaster, would re-occur.
